发展养老服务，必须尊重老年人的养老意愿，以老年人的需求为导向,优先满足老年人最迫切的需求，而不应包办一切。养老床位是一种准公共产品，应该优先满足老年人对入住养老机构的刚性需求。老年人最害怕也最容易陷入孤独，精神关怀需求越来越强烈。丧偶和离异老人的再婚意愿高，需要为其营造一个更宽松的社会氛围。养育子女的价值主要在于享受天伦之乐，要把子女常回家看看落到实处。虽然社会化照料服务已进入老年人家庭，但“家庭照料”仍然重要。老年人对社区上门服务需求旺盛，关键是如何走出一条可持续发展的路子。老年人对待生命的矛盾心理，凸显出开展生命教育的紧迫性。
Abstract：The provision of elderly care services should fully consider the preferences and needs of the elderly and give priority to satisfying their most urgent needs. Elderly care beds are quasi-public goods, which should be provided to individuals who most urgently require them. The elderly are more afraid of and prone to loneliness, and demands for spiritual care are becoming more intense. Some widowed or divorced elderly people have a need for remarriage, thus a more friendly social atmosphere needs to be created. Adult children should be encouraged to visit their parents often so that the elderly can enjoy family time. Despite the availability of professional home care services, care provided by family members remains important. There is a strong demand for community home care services, but a sustainable approach is needed. The complex attitudes of the elderly towards life highlight the urgency of carrying out life and death education.
