推动共同富裕取得更为明显的实质性进展，需引导社会救助对象通过社会参与摆脱福利依赖、承担社会责任。然而，受助者社会参与的内生动力极为不足，且现有的激励手段效果不佳。在互联网高度普及的背景下，有必要充分利用数字社会的红利寻找突破口，探索互联网的使用能否以及如何激活受助者社会参与的内在动力。基于社会技术系统理论，利用中国社会状况综合调查（CSS）数据，研究发现：互联网嵌入可以通过削弱主观社会地位对受助者志愿服务参与的限制而发挥重要赋能作用。研究揭示了技术何以通过心理赋能助推受助者打破志愿服务参与的自我限制，有助于优化受助者社会参与动员，促进受助者社会功能的健全，更好地推动共同富裕的实现。
Abstract：Achieving more tangible progress toward common prosperity requires guiding social assistance recipients to overcome welfare dependency and assume social responsibilities through social participation. However, recipients often lack endogenous motivation for participation, and existing incentive measures have proven ineff ective. In the context of widespread Internet use, it is essential to leverage the dividends of the digital society to explore whether, and how, Internet embeddedness can stimulate recipients' intrinsic motivation for voluntary service. Drawing on socio-technical systems theory and data from the Chinese Social Survey(CSS), this study finds that Internet embeddedness plays an important empowering role by mitigating the constraints of subjective social status on recipients' participation in voluntary service. The findings further reveal how technology fosters psychological empowerment, enabling recipients to break through self-imposed barriers to participation. This study contributes to improving strategies for mobilizing recipients' participation in voluntary service, strengthening their social functions, and ultimately advancing the realization of common prosperity.
